How do you compare to the “recommended percentages”? Remember, these percentages are based on a household with an average income. If your income level is much higher or lower, your healthy percentages may be different. If you have no children, more than 2 children, or additional family living with you, your healthy percentages may be different. If your children are eating like growing teenagers, your percentages may be different! Your percentages may also vary based upon your current Baby Step.
