There are many great books available that can help you learn new information, learn new skills, think about something in a new way, change your behaviors, and empower you to reach goals you may have never thought possible.

I am still working my way through my counselor training recommended reading list, so I haven’t found a book I wouldn’t recommend myself.  However, if I ever do read a book I don’t recommend, you will simply not see it on this website.
