	March Financial Coaching Tip:

	If you have a dream, make a plan to accomplish it. Or it will always be just a dream! The difference between a goal and a dream is whether or not you have a plan on how to accomplish it. Quantify what success looks like. How will you know when you have reached your goal or achieved your dream? Identify possible obstacles and their resolutions. Maybe you need additional training. Maybe you need to coordinate with another person. Maybe you need to raise the start-up money. Identify the specific steps it will take to accomplish your goal. Review the steps periodically as you may need to revise your path. Lastly, start reaching your goal. To read more about how to set good goals, check out these blog posts.
